Togo's reform is in law but not yet operational in the sources reviewed: the OTR has not published the platform, the technical specification, the covered taxpayers or the start date. Don't assume a start date until the OTR publishes one. Follow the OTR's announcements on the reform for the implementing details.

Togo has no Peppol Authority of its own, and the sources reviewed do not connect the planned system to Peppol.

  1. Consultation with businesses

    The OTR met economic operators in Lomé to discuss the reform and the conditions for implementing it, including connectivity and infrastructure concerns raised by businesses.
