Secured standardised invoice system (système sécurisé de facture normalisée)

An invoice with a set of mandatory mentions, secured by a sticker, which the Direction générale des impôts (DGI) describes as the only document that should be relied on in commercial transactions. It is a certification regime for invoices, not connected to Peppol in the sources reviewed.

Facture normalisée secured by a sticker · Official source: DGI Mali · Decree instituting the secured standardised invoice system, December 2022

Mali's direction is a secured standardised invoice rather than a structured e-invoice exchange. The decree exists, but the DGI pages reviewed give no scope, device specification or start date. Check with the DGI before planning an integration.

Mali has no Peppol Authority of its own, and the sources reviewed do not connect the standardised invoice to Peppol.
