Government e-procurement (Bonfire)
The Central Procurement Office lists open government contract opportunities on a Bonfire portal. The Procurement Act charges the office with keeping a common electronic platform for advertising procurement opportunities and reporting results. It covers tendering, not invoice exchange.

The Cayman Islands sets its own revenue rules, and the government sources reviewed describe no e-invoicing obligation and no VAT-style invoice rules. For government work, follow the purchase order and its standard terms: payment runs from a correctly rendered invoice, so match the order details and give your bank account in writing.
Peppol can still be used by agreement with a trading partner, for example a UK or EU customer that already receives e-invoices. The UK’s 2029 requirement applies to UK VAT invoices, not to the Cayman Islands’ own system.
