For Saint Kitts and Nevis, the practical requirement is a pre-numbered VAT invoice with both parties' TINs and the VAT charged; see the IRD's guide to charging VAT. The IRD also runs discounted VAT rate days a few times a year, so invoicing systems must handle temporary rate changes.
The country has no Peppol Authority and no national e-invoicing platform was found. An electronic invoice, by Peppol or any other channel, must still contain everything the IRD lists for a VAT invoice.

B2B and B2C · VAT invoices
Required for registered businessesA VAT-registered business must give its customers a VAT invoice. It should be pre-numbered and show the words VALUE ADDED TAX INVOICE or VAT INVOICE, the supplier's and recipient's name, address and TIN, the issue date, a description with quantity, the consideration and the VAT charged. It is made in two copies, one for the IRD on request. Pro-forma invoices, statements, delivery notes, orders and correspondence are not VAT invoices.
