Invoicing and electronic documents

Public-sector e-invoicing

Suppliers send nationally specified invoices through Peppol to the government’s GSIS receiving infrastructure; public buyers process them in their systems or EDHT.

myDATA

AADE’s electronic books and document-reporting platform. It exposes transmission channels for providers, ERP systems, timologio and other prescribed methods.

timologio and myDATAapp

AADE’s free invoicing applications are an alternative to licensed electronic invoicing providers.

myDATA document interface

Tax-document submissions and their classifications have their own API model. MARK identifies an invoice registration; this is distinct from Peppol delivery.

Treat public-sector invoice delivery and tax reporting as distinct parts of the workflow. A successful Peppol transmission does not on its own demonstrate that the document was issued or reported under AADE’s rules.

The myDATA API reference describes document categories, classifications and registration identifiers. It is a versioned reference, not a promise that every integration should still use that release; consult AADE’s myDATA portal for current technical versions.
