Government supplier payments
Suppliers send invoices or payment requests to the buying department, which passes them to the Accountant General’s office for payment by cheque, wire or electronic transfer.

Bermuda legislates its own taxes, and the government sources reviewed describe no e-invoicing obligation and no VAT-style invoice rules. For government work, follow the buying department’s instructions and put your banking details on the invoice, as the payment guidance asks.
Peppol can still be used by agreement with a trading partner. Large groups should keep corporate income tax compliance separate from invoicing: the Corporate Income Tax Act 2023 adds a tax return, not an invoice format.

No e-invoicing obligation found in the sources reviewedThe taxes administered by the Office of the Tax Commissioner do not include a VAT or GST, so there is no tax-invoice regime of that kind in the sources reviewed. Individuals do not pay personal income tax; employers pay payroll tax.
