There is no Antarctic government, tax authority or local market. The continent is governed by the Antarctic Treaty, and the few thousand people there in summer are mostly at research stations supported by national Antarctic programmes. Suppliers to an expedition or station should follow the invoicing rules of the programme's home country and the terms of their contract. Antarctica has no Peppol Authority.
