Who connects businesses to Peppol
Businesses reach Peppol through a service provider. Its Access Point (AP) sends and receives documents, and its Service Metadata Publisher (SMP) tells senders where a business can be reached.
OpenPeppol certifies providers, and each is supervised by a Peppol Authority: usually a government agency, or OpenPeppol itself where a country has none.
